Returns Information We hope that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase but if there is a problem and you wish to return or exchange an item we are here to help:

RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND:

From the date you receive your item you have 14 days in which to return it, please notify us by email immediately giving us a clear reason for this return.

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it and must be in its original packaging. Goods returned incomplete i.e. parts missing etc. will not be replaced or refunded.

Items that are made to order are non-refundable unless faulty.

Please make sure if you return an item that you enclose a note detailing the reason for return, your name, contact details and your original order number. To exchange an item please also provide details of the new item you require to be sent. In the case that an exchange item has a higher value than the original order we will invoice the balance to you prior to dispatch. If an exchange item has a lower value then we will refund the balance less any additional postal charges that may be applicable.

Upon receipt of your item we will check that is in a re-saleable condition, once your return is approved we will arrange a refund to your original method of payment.

We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for goods that go missing in the post.

You are responsible for payment of postage for returning your item.
